Mark E. GiaQuinta gave a presentation to the Fort Wayne Quest Club on April 17, 2015, about “The Indiana Constitutional Convention of 1850.” The paper explained the history of the Indiana Constitution and aspects of the State Constitutional Convention. Mr. GiaQuinta has argued cases interpreting the Indiana Constitution, including to the Indiana Supreme Court in Crawford v. Bosma, et al.
