HallerColvin PC is pleased to announce that P. Shawn Lewis has joined our team.
Mr. Lewis comes to us with over 30 years of experience as a business and transactional attorney. He focuses his practice on Business and Corporate Law, with a particular concentration in the areas of: Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestures; Real Estate Transactions; Labor and Employment Law; Estate Planning, Administration and Trusts. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Michigan.
Mr. Lewis graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana in 1989 obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio graduating in 1992.
Shawn is a Former Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing company for 7 ½ years. He also served as a Former Practice Administrator for a multi-practice medical group for 3 ½ years. Mr. Lewis currently serves as a Finance Committee Member for LC Nature Park. In addition, he has served as a Past Board Member, and current Member of the Real Estate Committee of Bashor Children’s Home. He is a Past Chairman of the Board, Vice President, Secretary and Board Member for Child and Parent Services. He is also a Past Board Member of Big Brother Big Sisters.
