Vincent J. Heiny began practicing law in 1976 and is a life long resident of Fort Wayne. Mr. Heiny’s legal career regularly involves the representation of many small, medium and large-size businesses.
Mr. Heiny’s law practice includes the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and litigation, motor vehicle commercial matters, real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, general business and corporate law. Mr. Heiny has handled large corporation transactions, including acquisitions, multi-state real estate investment trust leasing and creditor/debtor transactions.
Mr. Heiny also regularly handles cases involving estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Heiny shared his estate planning expertise by previously serving on the Indiana Probate Study Commission for 10 years.
