Robert W. Haller started his legal practice in 1954, and is among the area’s most respected attorneys, specializing in general business and corporate law, real estate law, and estate planning and administration. With his comprehensive knowledge and experience, Mr. Haller has shared his legal skills in courtrooms and classrooms, having served as an instructor of commercial and real estate law at Indiana University.
Mr. Haller is retired from the United States Air Force Reserve, having achieved the rank of Colonel. His military duties, legal education and experience earned his admittance to the United States Court of Military Appeals in 1957, and the United States Supreme Court in 1961. He continues to provide effective arbitration and mediation in real estate and commercial law, and handles many estate administrations.
He served as counsel to Girl Scouts of the Limberlost Council, Inc., now a part of Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana. YMCA of greater Fort Wayne and Allen County and other religious and charitable organizations. He has served extensively on the Board of Directors of the Legal Service Organization of Maumee Valley and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.
